An oasis of nature in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside.
Welcome to Tean Valley Meadow Nature Trust
Established in 2019, Tean Valley Meadow Nature Trust was set up to maintain and develop the nature reserve of the same name, which was established by Alan and Sylvia Williams in 2002.

Situated near Uttoxeter, the reserve includes acres of natural planted woodland, a large wildflower meadow, a wetland area and much more, we are a haven for East Staffordshire's wildlife.

The trust undertakes a variety of activities to promote conservation and raise awareness of the nature which lives in our local area. Our primary goal is to maintain and develop the amazing habitat we've established at TVM, which is home to a huge variety of birds, mammals and aquatic life, including some protected species.
Talks and Courses ➔
We also run a variety of craft and educational courses for local groups, which allows participants to not only spend time on the reserve and develop skills, but help to support the work we do on the reserve. We also deliver talks which centre around the conversation of one of our favourite residents over the years, the majestic Barn Owl.
